You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it. For Exchanges: If the item is returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, a 5% restocking fee applies. If the item is returned in used condition without the original packaging, a 15% restocking fee applies. For Credits & Refunds: If the item is returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, a 5% restocking fee applies.
