Your item will be despatched within 24 hours after payment.  Your delivery will require a signature for collection. Please note that if your area is only covered by a Post Office Drop, or if  you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox to enable collection at your local Post Office.  Once in the hands of the couriers, freight times are outside of our control. As Australia is a large and diverse country please  allow 5-10 business days for delivery. If your order is urgent, please select the express shipping option at checkout.

If you've changed your mind or purchased in error you may be  entitled to return the product for a partial refund. We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item, and it must  be returned in original unused re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging in the following 14 days.
