You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item for any reasons, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

• The return needs to be requested within 30 days from purchase.
• Return postage is to be paid by the purchaser.
• A 10% restocking fee applies for change-of-mind returns.
• Postage (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
