Payment Payment terms are prepaid, payment required in full prior to processing your order and shipment.

Shipping

Shipping Ordering and shipping is easy! Australia wide supply direct from the manufacturing facility closest to you. For all orders we can arrange delivery to your address, site or depot. For remote areas we deliver to a depot closest to you, or a depot of your choice. While many products are available for next day dispatch some items require assembly or manufacturing and assembly. If you would like to know the current lead time on any product please contact us.

Shipping & Delivery Shipping Insurance All goods are insured during transit. No deliveries are available on weekends and public holidays. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We will do our best to deliver it on time and if the delivery requires a VIP courier it will be at the customer's expense. In the event that the online store is unable to deliver, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and attempt to re-deliver on the following business day. Cancellations NO cancellations will be permitted once payment has been processed as the order has been arranged and we are in the process of manufacturing, assembling and or delivering it. The goods will be delivered according to the order and delivery details.

Returns

Returns INCORRECT SUPPLY/FAULTY PRODUCT If the product is wrongly supplied, tankmanagement will dispatch the correct item immediately to either the dealer that the original product was delivered to or if directly delivered, direct to the customers home or business address. Tankmanagement will arrange pick up of the wrong product at no cost to the customer. In the rare instance that the product is damaged or faulty, tankmanagement will arrange for pick-up of the item either from the dealer where the item was delivered to, or if directly delivered, directly from the customers? residence or work address. Tankmanagement will arrange for repairs or a replacement product to be sent to the customer as soon as possible. Tankmanagement will cover the cost of the repair/replacement & freight if the product is still within its warranty period and warrantable. CHANGE OF MIND If you have ordered the wrong product ? we?ll be happy to swap it for you! Simply return the item (buyer pays return postage) in its original state along with all paperwork to the dealer that it was picked up from and we?ll happily exchange it for a more suitable product.
