Perfectly quarter sawn . Whitebait/ bearclaw figured . Low weight and relatively low oil . Impossibly fine even growth rings . This material is river salvaged and come in as huge water worn chunks of log shells . It is some of the best Huon for soundboards i have encountered . Likely to be a very long time since the tree was living , given the way the logs looked ! dread , possibly jumbo
