It also comes with smooth rolling corner mounted wheels, and a hideaway telescoping pull handle for easy manoeuvrability. High Sierra will keep you organised with multiple compartments, a front panel accessory pocket with a monster clip. This backpack includes a soft-grip padded grab handle with a riveted support cable for when you’re on the go. • At Modern Bags when you buy your products online over the internet you have 30 days to return your product(s) to us if you wish. Please see all the relevant information below:

• How long do I have to return my purchase?
• As long as your purchase(s) has not been used and is in original condition with all tags then you have 30 days to return your product to us. It is your responsibility to get the product back to us which means you have to pay for postage if you cannot make it into our store / warehouse to drop it off.

• How long will my refund take to be processed?
• We will process your refund within 1 business day of receiving the return at our warehouse. Please remember, your financial institution can take a little longer to clear funds into your account. Please note – you will be refunded the same way you paid. i.e. Credit Card means it will be returned to your Credit Card.

• Will I have to pay to return my purchase?
• You will need to cover postage and handling to get your purchase(s) back to us. 356 Chapel Street, South Yarra, 3141, Melbourne, VIC.

• The return shipping charges are your responsibility. If the product is faulty in any way then we will pay to have your product returned and exchanged.

• You are most welcome to return the case to us in its original box at your cost and you can choose an alternative colour or style case. Please note that the product must be unused with original packaging and swing-tags. You are not entitled to a refund however we are happy to swap it for something else or issue a store credit.
