Hexahedron holes are made by the high-quality CNC punching machine which allows sediment to be easily sifted. The back wall is made a stingy angle that provides convenience to stop foot and reduces the load on the hands.

OUR MAIN ADVANTAGES:

Hexahedron holes are the best choice for the sand scoop. Unlike the round holes, they cover surface much better. Compared the round holes, hexahedron cover up to 25% more surface with the same size so the sand will flow up to 25% faster and better.

Hexahedron holes have the same thickness of the border in each point, unlike the round holes. It helps to cover surface better and to avoid thin weak part of the border (as at the widest point of each round hole ). Due to that, pressure is distributed evenly over the entire surface so the scoop with hexahedron holes is stronger, lighter and works better with the sand compared the scoop with round holes.

Moreover, round holes are made by the method of hand-drilling, and hexahedron holes are made by professional CNC machines. Due to that, we can get 100% accuracy of each hole. It also helps to avoid the creation of hazardous sharp splinters, which will inevitably remain after drilling the hole manually.

Exist two ways how to make hexahedron holes: CNC laser machine or professional CNC punching machine. When the laser is used the metal is exposed to high temperatures, so the stainless steel loses its anti-corrosion features at the point of exposing of the laser. It is not good! We use powerful German CNC punching machine Trumpf. It helps to save anti-corrosion features of the stainless steel and helps to avoid the sharp borders of the holes. If you will scrutinize our sand scoop you will see that each border between the holes is slightly rounded. It makes the scoop safer and the sand flows even better!
