Important Delivery Information

• Deliveries, via courier service, are instructed to leave goods without signature, if there is no attendance at time of delivery, when delivering to a residential address. Home deliveries with “signature required” must be pre-arranged with our store and will incur an additional charge.
• If a signature is required, goods will automatically be delivered to the nearest freight depot only, unless a business address is provided. If you require a home delivery with signature, please refer to " Taking Delivery of your Items "  notes, below.
• Business address or depot delivery is a preferred, and safer, method of courier delivery.
• Please select your preferred method of delivery when purchasing this item. 
• Large, Heavy and bulky items cannot be delivered to Post Office Box or 'Locked Locker" destinations. Please indicate your preferred method of delivery when purchasing this item.

Taking Delivery of your Items: For home deliveries that require "signature-on-delivery" arrangements must be made with our store  and will incur an additional charge : If the  Courier Delivery  fails due to non- attendance by the buyer at the delivery address, goods will be returned to the Freight company's nearest depot for customer pick-up. A second delivery can be arranged, at the buyer's expense. To avoid costly Re-Deliveries please make sure there is someone at the delivery address to receive the goods.    Uncollected Items from Freight Company Depot: If goods remain uncollected for 10 working days, we will contact the buyer to request pick-up. If the buyer refuses to pick-up the goods or we have no reply to our request for pick-up, the items will be returned to our store. The freight costs, for sending and returning, will be borne by the buyer. A 30% re-stocking fee (of the total purchase cost) will also be charged to the buyer.

Entertainment Warehouse  SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a) Terms:     1. In these conditions of sales, the singular includes the plural and vice versa     2. “Goods” means the equipment referred to on the sales invoice and/or any additional equipment schedules as such invoice refers to.     3. The “charges” means the amount shown where “ Total Incl. GST ” applies on the sales Tax invoice.     4. The “Buyer” means the person or company to whom the equipment is or will be sold to.

b) Delivery of Goods:     1. Entertainment Warehouse will make all reasonable efforts to have the goods delivered to the buyer on the date agreed between the parties, but Entertainment Warehouse shall not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery for any reason.     2. The buyer undertakes to carefully inspect the equipment upon delivery and to notify Entertainment Warehouse if there is any damage or shortage. No damage or shortage claim shall be recognized after 7 days of receipt of goods

c) Risk:      Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all risk in and to the Goods purchased shall pass to the buyer upon delivery to the purchaser or its agents or to a carrier commissioned by the buyer.

d) Returned Goods:     1.    A "Return Goods Authority" must be generated by Entertainment Warehouse before any goods are returned.     2.    A return Item fee of 20% of the invoice total will apply to all items that are returned to Entertainment Warehouse in their          original and unopened packaging. Such goods are  subject to inspection before acceptance as "returned goods"     3.    Goods that have been opened are not generally accepted for return unless deemed to be faulty.     4.  Goods that have been opened may be  considered  for return pending inspection and subject to an additional return item          fee at a cost to be determined by Entertainment Warehouse      5.     A return item fee of 50% applies to Special Order Items.

e) Payment:     1. The buyer agrees to pay the charges, referred to on the tax invoice by the due date, for goods collected and/or services provided, promptly and without deductions. Late payments will incur a charge of 2% above the penalty interest rate, per calendar month, calculated daily as well as an initial $50.00 administration charge per invoice.     2. Late Payments Include payments held by ebay and Paypal due to false and/or unlawfully claims by the buyer. If ebay approves a refund, despite false and/or unlawfully claims by the buyer, late payment charges will be calculated at the point when the money is put on “hold” and will be included in the total charges pursued by debt collection action.     3 . Invoices that are outstanding for more than 14 days from the due date will be referred for debt collection.

f) Taxes:     All prices advertised, include GST and all other relevant government taxes and stamp duties

g) Warranty Claims:     1. The only conditions and warranties which are binding on Entertainment Warehouse in respect of the state, quality or condition of the goods supplied to the buyer, are those  imposed and required to be binding by statue (including The Trade Practices Act as amended) and to the extent of permitted thereby the liability, if any, of Entertainment Warehouse arising from the breach of such conditions or warranties whether expressed or implied by law.     2. Use of non-genuine parts, or non-approved parts, on purchased goods (i.e. globes, fuses, fog fluids, etc.) which cause or may cause damage to these goods, will result in the cancellation of the warranty cover. Warranty repairs can only be carried out by  authorized   service agents. Contact Entertainment Warehouse for your nearest authorised warranty service agent.

h) Advices:     The buyer hereby acknowledges that it has not relied on any service involving skill or judgement, or on any advice, recommendation, information or assistance provided by Entertainment Warehouse in relation to the goods or their use or application. All consultation services obtained from Entertainment Warehouse are at the discretion of the buyer.

i) Limitation of Liability:    Entertainment Warehouse is not responsible for the loss of income due to the non-delivery or failure of the equipment purchased from Entertainment Warehouse or its agents except as required to be binding by statute (including The Trade Practices Act as amended)
