Each DVD product is manufactured with a specified region code, allowing playback only in the world region in which the product is distributed. 

Most DVDs we sell are Region 4 which incorporates Australia, New Zealand, Central America, Oceania, South America, and Mexico; however, multi-region DVD players—which play DVDs from all or a number of regions are also available. You will need to refer to your DVD player manufacturer or player specifications to see which type it is.

Paypal is the only payment method that is accepted.  Please ensure your PayPal address is correct as we only ship to the address nominated on your PayPal account which reflects on your eBay account at checkout.

Shipping

Your package will usually be shipped on the next business day after cleared payment is received.  However if payment is received early it may be shipped the same day.  We do not ship weekends or public holidays due to most post offices being closed.  SORRY BUT NO LOCAL PICK UP.

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. If you are not 100% happy with the item you may within thirty days of receipt, return the item for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price.  The item must be in brand new condition in original packaging and be returned with any gift packaging.  All return postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is faulty claims should be made within 7 days of receipt.  Upon receipt of the returned item, an assessment will be carried out to determine the cause of the damaged or faulty item.  If the item is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent and the buyers costs of returning the item will be reimbursed.  If a replacement is not available a full refund will be provided. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on underwear or make up due to hygiene reasons unless the items are faulty.  If the item is determined not to be faulty or damage and has been deemed to have been caused through incorrect/Misuse it will be sent back at the buyer's expense and no reimbursement will be offered.  We check the condition of each item before they are sent out. All returns must be pre-approved via ebay message.
