Are the stamps easy to use?

Sure are. Optimum results are achieved by using only a LIGHT to MEDIUM pressure when stamping the golf ball. Pressing too hard will leave you with a blurred impression of the design. Will my golf ball be easy to identify?

Yes, your golf ball will be easily identifiable when stamped up. Our vibrant blue, red, green and charcoal grey inks stand out on white golf balls. We recommend that you stamp your golf ball at least once or twice on either side of the ball. Stamping a few times also allows for easy identification from afar, but remember, the amount of stamps and the final look is completely up to you!

How large is the stamp?

Our ID stamp designs measure approximately 9mm in diameter (at the design’s widest and/or tallest point) when stamped on the golf ball.

Is it stamp easy to use?

How durable is the ink used?

The ink used is extremely durable. It’s waterproof and fast drying (ready to play in less than 15 seconds). It also has superior durability to that of most permanent marker pens. Different brands of golf balls and playing conditions will affect the stamp differently so have a reasonable expectation of general wear and tear. With correct application, you should still be able to clearly identify your golf ball at the end of an 18 hole round.

What happens when the ink runs out?  Can I purchase more ink?

Absolutely, we sell 5ml replacement ink vials in our ebay store and on our website. If your ink pad has completely dried out, you may be better to purchase a replacement pad as well as a vial of ink. Remember, we use a fast drying ink, if you don't seal the lid of the stamp fully the ink pad will dry out.

THE FINE PRINT

*The ink used for That's My Ball™ has superior durability to most permanent marker pens. Whilst the ink is waterproof, it is not scuff proof and you may need to reapply the stamp in certain playing conditions, especially on sanded/cored greens or extreme ground/weather conditions. A reasonable expectation of general wear and tear should be expected but with correct application, you should still be able to clearly identify your golf ball at the end of an 18 hole round (in both dry and wet weather conditions), albeit the image will not be as prominent as it was before play. Shipping Information

That's My Ball is located in Greensborough, Victoria, 3088. We do not have a shop front and therefore all orders are lodged with Australia Post for delivery and generally, pick up is not available, unless arranged prior.

How long will it take to process and dispatch my order?

Once placed, orders for standard ID stamps and all accessories are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Our office is closed on Tuesdays and public holidays.

How will my purchase be sent?

Express services by Australia Post and a courier service are offered for deliveries within Australia. Standard air mail service (which is not tracked) with Australia Post is used for international deliveries.

I need my order to arrive super fast. Can you do this?

All orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post Express Post. Orders are lodged with Australia Post in Briar Hill, Victoria. Express Post satchels are guaranteed for Next Day Delivery to most destinations (remote locations may take up to 4 business days). Speedy delivery is applicable for standard ID stamp motifs and accessories.  Express Post services apply to deliveries within Australia. There are no express delivery services for international post and advise that international orders may take up to 28 days to arrive to their destination.

That's My Ball cannot be held responsible for transit times nor for any goods lost in transit once lodged with the delivery carriers.

Returns and Refunds

What happens if my product is faulty?

Should a refund be required, all refunds will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping charges). Please allow 21 days for That's My Ball™ to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Can I return my goods if they are damaged in transit?

All stamps and accessories are shipped in perfect condition and every effort is made by us to pack your goods accordingly. We use tough cardboard mailing boxes and padded mailing bags.
