POSTING TIME

COMBINED POSTAGE  

We will always combine postage and refund back through Paypal any excess postage paid once you have finished purchasing (we will do this without you having to ask)

On Buy It Now listings, eBay charges full postage on each unique item  (except for purchases of multiples of the exact same item  - ie two pairs Nike Park II Shorts - Black, size Mens   large - in these case the combined postage on the multiple item part of any bulk purchase will be correct).

RETURNS / WARRANTY

All items are 100% genuine branded products officially purchased and supplied to us with Australia by the brands shown.

All items are sold are new and in perfect condition.

Please email us before starting any return so we can help you through the process

For return of faulty product you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund, including all postage charges.

For return of non-faulty product (including but not limited to wrong size selection, change of mind) you can return your item within 14 days for an exchange or refund. The customer pays for all postage charges on returns / exchanges.

Items listed as Clearance or Sale product will not be accepted back unless the item is faulty. All Sale and Clearance items are sold as firm sales/ non refundable unless faulty

Removal of any product tags or packaging etc will be regarded as acceptance of an item and those items will not be accepted back for a refund or exchange.

We accept no responsibility for returned items until they are received by us. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable or registered Australia Post service to return an item. Football Shirts Online reserves the right to refuse a returned item for refund where we believe the item has been worn or used, damaged by the buyer or is in a condition that prevents the resales of said item. Football Shirts Online does not accept the cost of returning any item that we have declined to accept back.

PROOF OF POSTAGE

For most item posted we keep our own dispatch records, plus we uploaded an Australia Post tracking number to your purchase record on eBay. Some low cost items are sent as untracked letter post (stamps) and larger / bully items are sent using a national courier service (ie Toll or TNT)

Insurance is not included unless specifically listed or unless requested in writing by a buyer. These services can be added (on request) at cost.
