PAYMENT POLICY:   Payment is expected within 3 days of the auction close unless previous arrangements have been made.  All unpaid items will be reported to eBay and the customer will be blocked from making future purchases from our store.

RETURNS:   Unless otherwise stated, we offer a 30 Day "Hassle-Free" return policy.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.  Clicking on the "Hassle-Free" button within the listing will allow you to generate a return shipping label and notify us that a return has been started.  Once the item has been returned, we will gladly process your refund within 24 hours.

DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING:  Customer Satisfaction is very important to us and we want to make sure every customer has a positive experience.  By dealing with us directly we have the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

CLAIMS:   In the past, we have prided ourselves on settling all claims to benefit the customers without eBay interference;  However, eBay is now penalizing the seller for issuing immediate refunds without waiting for their determination.   Because of this policy change, once a claim has been opened, we have no choice but to wait for a decision from the Resolution Center.  This can be a time consuming process and does not always result in favor of the customer.   In addition, all items reported in the claim MUST BE RETURNED before a refund will be issued.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.  It is for this reason that we strongly urge all customers to take advantage of our customer service department prior to opening a claim.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:   Most items ship within 24 hours from receipt of payment.  Be sure to review the shipping services available and select the one that best suits your needs.  Please refer to the information below for transit times.
