About the family: Issued by the (step)parents, J ohann Dietrich Brandt, called Wever, and Anna Margarethe Wever, b. Silbersiepe (b. in Ergste), widow of the farmer and church master Johann Wever (*1688 in Garenfeld, d. 1741). After their marriage they lived at the Weverhof in Garenfeld; he was guardian of the two underage children Catharina Margarethe Wever (*1736), whose first marriage was Hermann Neuhaus (*1757) and her second marriage was Dietrich Heinrich Lenhof (*1762), and Johann Hermann Wever (*1731 in Garenfeld). This took over m When he came of age, he inherited his parents' Weverhof from his stepfather Johann Dietrich Brandt, known as Wever, and continued to run it. In his first marriage he married his niece Catharina Margarethe Schröer. From marriage: 1. Herman Wever (b. 1772 in Garenfeld, died. 1793); 2. Margaretha Wever (b. 1775 in Garenfeld, died. 1792); 3. Anna Maria Elisabeth Wever (b. 1784 in Garenfeld, died. 1814); she married Jürgen Hinrich Neuhaus called Lenhof. The couple ran the Weverhof together. From the marriage comes a son Hermann. In his second marriage he married Anna Catharina Brenne in 1783. From the marriage comes Elisabeth Wever.
