The Darche Swag Hutch Lite is essential for anyone who goes away with swags alot as it allows you to have a seperate storage area for all of your gear, and a place to keep it dry. The Hutch Lite has a convenient 'in swag' access door with a mesh panel so you can easily access your gear. Made with lightweight 210D Ripstop Polyester Oxford. All equipment to set up the Hutch Lite is included as well so you can use it with your swag or even a standalone unit.
With the size of the Hutch Lite it means that you can now also have a shelter for your furry (or feathery) friends if you decide to bring them along on your trip as well!

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind on an item purchased, you can receive a full refund less the shipping costs you paid to get the product to you. Goods must be returned in original unopened condition, with proof of purchase, within 30 days of the purchase date. You, as the buyer are responsible for the return freight cost. We suggest sending back via a trackable method. Contact us via Ebay messages to arrange the return and for us to issue you a return number ( to speed up processing).
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be directed to our Customer Service team by sending a message to us through eBay
In order to make a claim, you must provide our service centre with the following:
·Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty;
·Photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable or whichever we think is necessary to assess the problem.
·Your ebay order number, to ensure speedy processing.
·Where goods are damaged in transit, details and images of the damaged shipment.
You must provide photographic evidence of the damage before receiving a repair, replacement or refund.
Our customer service team will provide you with instructions as to how the goods may be returned to us at our expense.
Please note:- Items returned under a "warranty claim" that are deemed in perfect working order, will have a 20% restocking fee applied before any refund is processed. Please do not confuse a "change of mind" with a warranty claim.
Please ensure that your email address is current as this is where your order notifications, invoices and shipping information will be sent.
