    The DS40 fridge slide is manufactured from steel with a powdercoated flat black finish. The bearing sliders, gas struts, locks and roller bearings have been thoroughly proven to withstand whatever abuse is thrown their way.

    The Platinum Drop Slide is THE solution for access to your fridge (or any other heavy item) when mounted on a platform in the back of your vehicle. Those that have the fridge installed in such a way, know what a pain it is to get on the tailgate or stand on a box or crate to access the top of the fridge.

    Normal fridge slides allow you to move the fridge from the inside of the vehicle to outside for easier access. The Drop Slide goes one further. The tray drops nearly 12" for easier access to the top of the fridge.

    It is as easy as pulling it out and dropping it down. Putting it back is as simple as applying some pressure on the handle, and with the help of gas charged shocks, the fridge is raised to the platform height, and then it is just pushed into place.

    The locking mechanism locks the drawer in place as well as allowing the slide to be extended without dropping.

    The Drop Slide is manufactured from steel and finished in a flat black powder coat. The bearing sliders, gas struts and locks have been tested in Australian Outback conditions.

We cannot advise or specify a delivery date ot time as this is not part of our contract arrangements with the carriers.

    Deliveries generally must be signed for as per our listings , and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Autoelecau to be authorised to receive the products. If you wish for your consignment to be left without a signature, please request this prior to dispatch. Ordinarily our courier will not leave an item without a signature unless it has been authorised beforehand by us. In doing so, you release Autoelecau from any liability for delivery to the wrong address and relinquish your INR (item not received) rights.

    Tracking your purchase:

    All items are sent with tracking numbers. Unless indicated in the listing.

    When dispatch is arranged through Australia Post eParcel a tracking number is generated. We email you this tracking (consignment) number when it is generated at the time the goods are dispatched. If you wish to track your parcel thereafter, please visit Post eParcel https://auspost.com.au/track   and input your tracking number NOTE: The tracking number can take up to 24 hours to upload on to the Australia Post website . If we dispatch your order using one of our courier companies you will receive a dispatch email advising you of the consignment number and link so that you can track and trace your order until it arrives at your address.

    Shipping Costs:

    The majority of items in our store are freight free, but please refer to each individual listing regarding the shipping costs.

    Correct Address:

    We use a linkage program that transfers what you have on your ebay order directly to the shipping label. In an effort to maintain security of a delivery and to get your order underway as soon as possible make sure in your ebay order that you have a CURRENT CONTACT PHONE NUMBER and that your DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS and your EMAIL ADDRESS DETAILS ARE CORRECT.

    Shipping insurance:

    Autoelecau provides free shipping insurance on all consignments within Australia regardless of the size or carrier.  If your order arrives damaged in any way, pcontact us through ebay contact seller so we can resolve the matter for you as quickly as possible

    International Postage:

    At this time we are only able to ship items within Australia.

    Non-delivery:

    Due to circumstances beyond our control and or despite our best efforts, sometimes items are not delivered as and when intended for a host of reasons, including...

    Nobody home - Where our courier is unable to obtain a signature and in the absence of authorisation to leave the item without a signature, the item will be returned to the courier's local depot or post office.  You are invited to contact the depot via the phone number on the calling card to arrange redelivery or call into your local post office with your tracking number and I.D
    Returns - After unsuccessful attempts to deliver a consignment, the courier or post office may return the item to us whereupon we will contact you for further instructions. The consignment will only be re-dispatched upon receipt of the appropriate second shipping charge.  In the event that the re-delivery charge remains unpaid for more than 30 days, your order will be deemed abandoned and may be offered for resale or otherwise disposed of without further notice. In this event, you release Autotelec.com.au from any liability whatsoever in respect of your purchase.

    Abandoned goods:

    If for any reason we are unable to dispatch items for which payment has been received for more than 30 days, the items will be deemed abandoned and we reserve the right to offer them for resale.  In this event, you agree that AutoelecAU is released from any liability whatsoever in respect of your purchase.     Where a street address has not been nominated during the checkout process and you have not informed us of a delivery address or change of address
    Where legitimate additional shipping charges have not been paid by the purchaser despite our email request.
    Where legitimate redelivery charges have not been paid by the purchaser despite our email request.
    Where an item returned to us under warranty claim is found to have been damaged by human causes and legitimate redelivery charges have not been received for more than 30 days despite at least two email requests.


    Warranty Policy:

    If an item is considered by the buyer to be faulty by manufacture we suggest first troubleshooting the fault with us in case it is not the item itself but other factors such as installation , or other components not supplied in the purchase but directly related, from there warranty will be honoured as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy , this will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer ( see the manufacturers Australian website for their warranty policy .

    All products are covered by a minimum 12 month warranty. In many cases the manufacturer provides a longer warranty period than this and we recommend that you go to that manufactures Australian website as these are same terms and conditions that we will support your product purchase under.

    The warranty period commences from the date the goods are delivered (signed for). During the warranty period if the product is found to be defective it will be repaired / replaced as per the manufactures Australian websites terms and conditions.

If the item is wrong sent or not as described a prepaid return label will be sent and , if possible , the item either correctly replaced or refunded 100% , whichever the buyer prefers . If the return is for change of mind we will accept the item back as long as the package has not been opened , the only cost you will incur ( aside from the return shipping you will also need to pay to send it back ) is the handling and secured shipping we paid to send it to you if free shipping was included at time of purchase , this cost will depend on the size and weight of the item and the location it was sent to , to which we can advise you by sending us a message through contact seller.

    Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description.

    Non-Warranty:

    The manufacturers Australia website is the first clarification for non-warranty.

    Further to that warranty does not cover for: 1, accident;  2, abuse; 3, neglect; 4, as a result of normal wear and tear; 5, improper installation; 6, careless handling; 7, tampering; 8, any major or minor disassembly; 9, rust or oil leak in; 10,submersions; 11, deliberate abuse; 12, products used in applications for which they were not intended.

    All damaged goods due to the above reasons will be also invalid for return and exchange. The sole responsibility of AutoelecAU shall be the repair or replacement of any defective items caused by reasons other than what is stated above.

    If an item is sent to us for warranty and deemed not to be covered by warranty we will only return the item to the original purchaser once the correct re-shipping charges have been paid.  In the event that such re-shipping charges remain unpaid for more than 30 days, the goods will be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of at our discretion without any liability to compensate or reimburse the original purchaser.
