            If you are after a great deal on a dining set including a pedestal round rustic finished style timber dining table plus chairs, than this listing is for you!                           French vintage furniture is very popular at the moment and this table replicates that style perfectly                          Each item is completely unique and individual as no two pieces are the same. All these tables are hand made from elm timber giving it a unique look and character. This item is hand finished with white paint which has been painted on the surface of the timber and then scrapped off leaving the remaining white paint in the natural grooves of the timber grain, giving the table a rustic charm.                          The colour tone on each piece varies also, so if you want to be able to view it up close and have a feel of it, we recommend you come into our store in Surry Hills to view the item and other pieces in the range.                          The table comes in two pieces, and very easy to put together. Payment   Prices displayed are in AUD and include GST, but excluding delivery. All pricing is subject to change without notice. Dellis Furniture may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If Dellis Furniture requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel an order by giving notice to Dellis Furniture, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.     ORDERS    1. The total invoiced is to be paid on placement of the order.   2. Furniture orders can be paid by PayPal, Credit Card or cash/EFTPOS on pick up.   3. For Made Items, orders will be emailed to customers for approval. It is customer′s responsibility to read through all information provided and double check specs and details prior to signing off. All orders will be amended and emailed back to the client until correct. Manufacture of furniture will commence once both approval and deposit are sorted.    4. Once approved, any request for subsequent changes on your order must be sent in writing. There′s no guarantee provided that the changes requested can be done. Any variation or cancellation agreed to by Dellis Furniture may incur additional costs.   5. Any orders on Australian made standard ranges have a lead time of approximately 9 weeks. For custom made pieces, lead time is approximately 10-12 weeks unless stated otherwise. Upholstery items lead-­‐time starts from the moment the manufacturer receives the material in the factory from the suppliers.    6. All custom orders (ie. orders that are not our standard sizes, colours or designs) must be signed off by the customer. Dellis Furniture will not accept any change of mind and/or returns on custom orders.   7. Usually, custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-­‐refundable 50% deposit will be taken at the placement of order.   8. For Australian Made standard items, if the order is cancelled after 5 working days from receipt of deposit, a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit received.   9. Goods purchased in separate orders (eg: orders placed months apart), can′t be guaranteed to belong to the same batch, and may vary in terms of colour, finish and small details. Suppliers and manufacturers constantly change materials, fabrics, hardware, etc and all finishing is handmade. For more chance of consistency in your order, we recommend purchasing items at once.   10. Dellis Furniture′s manufacturers order all fabrics and leathers on behalf of customers from various fabric houses. It is possible for customers who own material to provide it as long as it shows clear labels containing, supplier′s name and details, as well as order number and project/client′s name. Delivery fee is not included on quotes unless required.   2. Dellis Furniture can arrange delivery Australia wide in most cases, for most of our products.   3. Dellis Furniture can′t deliver to PO boxes.   4. If Dellis Furniture arranges the delivery, we accept responsibility for:   i. Booking the delivery in with one of our delivery companies. ii. Any damages that occur in transit to the items.   5. Imported items will be delivered via courier and will require a signature upon delivery. Parcels will not be left unattended, unless required by the client upon order. Dellis Furniture can′t take responsibility by parcels that have not been signed off by the client.   6. Delivery of Australian made pieces require the service of a specialist removals company.    7. For items that are in stock, please allow up to 5-­‐10 business days for delivery from dispatch date. Please note that this timeframe may be extended to remote areas, due to the frequency of delivery to the area by the carrier.   8. For custom orders, please allow approximately 7-­‐9 weeks for Sydney deliveries and 9-­‐10 weeks for interstate deliveries, from ordered date.    9. In most cases, the freight company responsible for the delivery will contact the customer to advise a delivery date and time. This notice usually takes place from 24-­‐ 48 hours prior to delivery. If more time for organising a delivery time is needed, please let Dellis Furniture office know prior to ordering. In case we′re using a courier service, we can′t guarantee that they′ll be able to give the client this notice, and a tracking number will always be provided by us via email/ebay message.    10. Dellis Furniture requires all customers to check the items of furniture for damages before signing the delivery docket. Dellis Furniture checks all furniture prior to dispatch, and it is, therefore, the customer's responsibility to check for any damages on delivery. The delivery driver will hand the customer a delivery docket. By signing this document, the client acknowledges that the goods have been received in good condition. Inspection of products is required on delivery. Any damage must be noted on delivery docket presented to you by the carrier for signature. Notification is required within 24 hours to our sales office of any damages or shortages. We will not be responsible for any damage unless we are notified within a time period specified above.   11. Once the delivery docket is signed, the customer has acknowledged that the goods have been received in good order and has accepted the goods in that condition. Therefore, it is important to check the items thoroughly before signing this delivery docket.   12. If any of the items has been damaged in any way, items have not been received, or the item is incorrect in any way, please do not accept the delivery or sign the delivery docket for the relevant item(s). If an item is damaged, it must be placed back on the delivery truck and returned to Dellis Furniture's showroom, located at 656 Crown Street, Surry Hills, NSW, 2010. A call to our showroom on (02) 9319 75 18 is to be made to advise of the damage of the product.   13. Any damaged items will be replaced by Dellis Furniture as soon as possible. The item(s) will be repaired at the discretion of Dellis Furniture. The customer will be advised of a new delivery time for the items(s) once they are ready for dispatch.   14. Freight is quoted based on delivery to ground level. Please advise if there are stairs or if access is difficult, as the freight company will not deliver unless advised in advance. Extra charges may apply.   15. It is the customer's responsibility to check that access is feasible for delivery of the item prior to ordering/purchase. Please be conscious of passages that could cause delivery issues (e.g. stairwells, hallways, doorways, elevators, etc.) and may result in possible additional delivery charges. Dellis Furniture, therefore, will not take responsibility for an item that does not fit through the access area or the designated space in the customer's home. If you live in an apartment/unit with lift access, please make sure that the furniture items ordered fit inside the lift for access to all levels. Please contact us via email for any measurements you may need of our products prior to ordering. Dellis Furniture will not be held liable and will accept no claims on this basis. No returns on any furniture items, or custom made orders will be accepted if the customer has not taken this into consideration prior to ordering.   16. Oversize, extremely heavy or fragile items cost more to courier and will incur an additional delivery surcharge.    17. Some furniture may require assembly. If your furniture is delivered, the assembly is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for the prices of assembly on different furniture items. It's the customer's responsibility to let Dellis Furniture know prior to delivery that assembly is required so that our drivers have the correct tools for assembly. All assembly fees must also be paid prior to delivery, as we use third party courier services, and drivers cannot accept cash on delivery.   18. If the customer arranges their own delivery from the Dellis Furniture showroom or warehouse, Dellis Furniture holds no responsibility once the item(s) leaves our premises.   ETA (ESTIMATED TIME of ARRIVAL)    19.Please note that these are estimates and our delivery companies will try their best to meet these on all occasions; however please be aware that circumstances may change and things can go wrong, making delivery take place later than expected. The ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) on all orders is only to be used as a guide. Dellis Furniture is not responsible for delays on Australian made or imported products due to third party problems (manufacturing delays, material delays, shipping delays, customs or quarantine, depot delays etc). Dellis Furniture does not offer refunds due to delays on orders or deliveries.    TRACKING YOUR ORDER    20. We will upload your tracking number onto your sales record area as soon as delivery is arranged.  Please send us a message if you need assistance with tracking your order.    COMBINED SHIPPING    21. Yes, we combine shipping costs for multiple items/orders to the same delivery address. To have your shipping costs combined, please follow the below steps.    a. Dellis Furniture′s custom made items are handcrafted in Australia out of solid timbers and veneers. Being handmade, items can show a variance in colour or pattern, a proof that each piece is unique and made to order. All solid timber and timber veneer has, by nature, variations in grain, colour tone and texture. Dellis Furniture cannot guarantee that colour or wood grain of any piece of timber furniture will match different pieces. In addition, exposure to light and/or temperature changes can affect the condition of your furniture over time. Dellis Furniture will not offer a refund due to a variation in colour from the depicted on our website and your screen.   2. Our imported items come from many different countries such as China, Africa, India, Indonesia and so on, and manufactured in different factories overseas. Products coming from different batches or shipments might look slightly different and might vary in colour, grain and small details, as different factories use different techniques and timbers in their manufacturing processes. Dellis Furniture can′t guarantee that items from different batches will match.   3. Our recycled timber products are made from timber reclaimed from old houses, wooden boats, old doors, building materials etc. Due to the nature of recycled timber, the products will come with some natural imperfections. This type of timber gives this furniture a unique and individual charm. Sometimes, timbers may still have old slight paint marks in areas. The surface of each item may not be smooth, and unevenness may occur. Sometimes cracks/splits may occur in recycled timber, this is a natural occurrence of this type of timber and is no way a fault. Timber may then be used to fill these cracks, which will blend in with the appearance and give every item a unique look. Putty, wood glue and sawdust may be used to fill in cracks and gouges when necessary.   4. Old hardware, like bolts, nails, screws may be still visible in some items, otherwise, when these materials have been taken off, marks and dents may still be visible on the timber. The colour tones on the timber will vary from piece to piece. You cannot request a certain colour as all pieces come in their own individual colour and finish and no two pieces will ever be the same. This is part of the rustic recycled charm of this furniture. If you have any hesitations please avoid purchasing these products.   5. Most of our imported items come with a 12-­‐month warranty, but each of our suppliers has individual manufacturer warranties for their products, which will vary from company to company. Please contact us if you need information regarding a particular item.   6. We take care to provide you with accurate descriptions of colour and images of our products; however it may be possible that the colour of your item may be different from the photos shown on your screen.    7. Because all Australian made items are handmade and there may be variance in colour or pattern for this reason.      TIMBER ­ Australian Made Items  8. A 5-­‐year warranty covers the structural integrity of Australian Made timber items. We ensure the quality of our design and workmanship of all our timber products and expect them to provide a lifetime of enjoyment. Solid timber, however, is a natural product and is, therefore, subject to changes in the environment. Any movement, joint separation or bowing in timber as a result of a change in humidity or fluctuating temperatures is not warranted.    UPHOLSTERY, FABRIC AND LEATHER ­ Australian Made Items 9. Your purchase is covered by a 10-­‐year structural warranty unless otherwise specified. This covers defective workmanship in furniture that is subject to normal application and which has been carefully maintained and sensibly used. The warranty specifically relates to frames, suspension and support, and excludes fabrics and leathers as Dellis Furniture is not the manufacturer of these products. All our fabrics and leathers have been hand selected from the highest quality mills and tanneries around the world to ensure they meet exacting standards.      PRODUCTS CARE AND MAINTENANCE  Our philosophy is simple ‘we only make furniture that lasts′ but over it′s lifetime it will need a little care and attention to make sure it can be enjoyed by generations to come. This guide will help you to care for your products in the best possible way. For any specific requirements or enquiries about your furniture, please contact Dellis Furniture.      1. Australian Made timber furniture As they say… prevention is better than cure, so we recommend the following care instructions be taken for these products, so they look as good as they did the day you got them! Our Australian made products are built to last! Using these care instructions will help make sure that your furniture retains its original appearance!      a) General Cleaning  As our timber products have a lacquer coating, the only maintenance required is to wipe timber with a slightly damp cloth to remove dust and dirt, and then dry with a soft dry cloth to remove any streaks. Do not use any off the shelf cleaning products, polishes, oils or waxes, as these usually have solvents, which can react to the lacquer and over time weaken the finish or bleach the timber. Wipe down spills on the timber surface immediately with a slightly damp cloth, and then wipe over with a dry cloth to avoid streaks, and minimise any liquid penetrating the lacquered surface.      b) Sunlight + Heat  We do not recommend that furniture is placed in direct/reflective sunlight. Exposure to direct or reflective sunlight may cause the timber to change colour over time.  We also do not recommend placing your furniture items under air conditioners, in front of gas heaters, fireplaces or anywhere where excessive heat is produced. A lot of our products are made from solid timbers. Being a natural material, solid  timber reacts when in a room with sudden temperature or humidity change.  Cracks, movement in the timber joints, separation and bowing can occur, this should not be classified as a defect.  Always use place mats, coasters for cups and glasses and tablecloths to protect the timber. When placing hot ditches, plates or cups onto the surface of the table, we recommend using heat resistant mats to protect the table.  If using a laptop on a desk or table, we also recommend using a heat resistant placemat or cooling fan under the laptop. Laptops can create lots of heat from the underside panel, which may over time start developing movement in the timber joints in that surface area.      c) Scratches Take care when placing ornaments, jars, ceramics, photo frames, table lamps and the like on the timber surface of your product, do not drag items across the surface, as the only way to correct deep scratches is to sand down the damaged surface and re-­‐spray the stain/lacquer finish.      d) Lacquer Finish  As timber is sealed with a protective coating, the only maintenance required is to regularly wipe timber with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Oils or other polishes are not recommended. Do not wet down or leave spills to sit on timber surfaces. Avoid contact with liquid, heat and keep out of direct/reflective sunlight. Take care when placing unglazed ceramics as they may scratch the surface. Abrasive cleaning products are not recommended.     e) Oil Finish For timber products with an oil finish, we recommend that you pay particular attention to protecting the piece from hot or wet objects in the first 6 months of its life. It is not advisable to sit reclaimed timbers with an oil finish directly over carpets, as they have a tendency leech over time. Dependent on the position of the piece and the conditions of your home, we recommend re-­‐oiling once a year.     2. Fabrics We suggest you to vacuum fabrics on a weekly basis to remove dust, dirt and any loose feathers. Treat spills and stains as soon as possible. Please contact a specialist fabric cleaner for professional cleaning.     3. Leather Our recommendation is to wipe over leather with a clean damp cloth on a weekly basis to remove particles and dust that can work into the hide and abraded. Creases, stretch marks, scars and insect bites that the animal acquires during its life are natural characteristics of quality leather. As leather is a natural product, softening and stretching is to be expected with use. Please contact a specialist leather cleaner for professional cleaning.     4. Cushions Try to regularly shape and rotate loose cushions where applicable to maintain their shape and loft, it is natural that cushions fillings will settle and seat foams will soften over time. Loose covers are designed for a relaxed look and feel, and therefore, it is natural for some movement.     5. Spot Cleaning Treat spills and stains as soon as possible. Gently scrape any solid or mop any liquid from the surface of the fabric, leather or timber. Do not scrub. Only apply proprietary cleaning agents strictly according to instructions.     6. Metal Regularly wipe metal with a soft clean cloth to remove particles which can abrade the surface with wear. Avoid contact with liquid, heat and direct sunlight. Abrasive cleaning products are not recommended.     7. Marble Clean with warm soapy water, or a wet cloth. For stubborn stains use a crème cleaner with a soft sponge or cloth. Do not leave any liquid for extended periods as this will penetrate the stone and may stain. Please contact a specialist marble company for professional cleaning advice.     8. Outdoor For longevity please keep furniture in covered outdoor areas away from direct sunlight or harsh weather conditions for extended periods. Timber, steel, fabric and leather finishes will naturally discolour with age in an outdoors setting. For timber products re-­‐apply a UV-­‐ stable exterior grade oil (eg decking oil) every 6 months. Most high-­‐end outdoor furniture uses materials that are suitable for full weather coverage. The Dellis Furniture team can advise if this is the case on the products you have purchased.
