Supports for all wallets that confirm to BIP39  (unabbreviated 12-word recovery seeds), BIP39 (4-letter abbreviations of 24-word recovery seeds) and *SLIP0039 (4-letter abbreviations of 20-word recovery seeds).

The following private sensitive data can also be stored using Cryptosteel Capsule Solo;

BIP32 root keys, WIF private keys, Monero mnemonic seeds (25-word recovery seeds), Random ASCII passwords, PINs, Insurance account numbers, Master passwords to your password manager (e.g. LastPass, KeePass, 1Password), Bank account info, GPS coordinates, Poems and haiku Rainbow Codes, Elliptic curve coordinates, and more.

WHAT IS CRYPTOSTEEL CAPSULE MADE FROM?

The Capsule’s parts are made of 100 percent AISI 304 and 303 grade stainless steel while the Cassette is made of 100 percent AISI 304 grade stainless steel to withstand just about anything. In fact one of our biggest challenges was to design and produce a construction made entirely from these top-grade materials with no parts whatsoever made of anything else. After all a solution is only as strong as its weakest element so we made sure that Cryptosteel has no weak spots.

EASY OF USE

All users will successfully be able to assemble this device.  On purchasing Cryptosteel Capsule you will be provided with all the resources you require to start using your Cryptosteel Capsule.  *may not be suitable for visually impaired people or people with other physical disabilities.

We do not provide technical or after sales support.  For support refer to the manufactures extensive list of learning resources.

RETURNS

Change of Mind (CoM): As you will appreciate you are purchasing a security device and we cannot offer any exchange or refund once our products have been opened or used.  For more information about your rights as a consumer refer to Australian Consumer Law Website.

Refunds less our shipping and restocking fees will only be processed once we have confirmed your purchase is fit for resale.  All change of mind returns must be arranged within 7 days of receiving your purchase.  

Defective on Arrive (DoA): We will provide a replacement new unit as soon as we have deemed your original device faulty.  Contact us for our RMA (return merchandise authorisation) process.  All our products have a very low rate of failure.  

To organise a return, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and wait for our instructions.  Returns will not be accepted after 7 days.

DELIVERY

We partner with Australia Post.  Your orders are shipped by Express Post with Signature on delivery and Insurance. 

Delivery times are as follows;

Australia Wide : 1-3 business days.  Next business day for postcodes within the Australia Postal Network.  3-4  business days for other suburbs in WA and NT and suburbs outside the national delivery network. 

New Zealand : 8-12 business days.
