We combine shipping on multiple items to help you save!  Shipping on additional items is FREE on most items or greatly discounted.

What do I do if my item doesn't arrive within the Estimated Time ?

First of all please make contact with your local Post Office and check they are not holding your parcel for you.

Then send us an eBay message advising the item has not arrived. We will then contact Australia Post and follow it up for you and advise the outcome.

In most cases, we find the item has been delayed in the mail system by a few days.
