International orders must be shipped from our International shipping office in California, if the tool is not in our International California warehouse and must be transferred, this usually adds 1-2 business days but in some cases may add up to 7 days to total international shipping time. If you would like to know if the item is in stock in our California warehouse, please let us know.
Depending on the item we will ship either via UPS or USPS. Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico,Guam and Hawaii are extra, also shipping to these areas adds to handling time. Most Items ship UPS and are received within 3 days of payment. Items damaged in shipping should not accepted if damage is obvious, if not Tooldom must be contacted immediately. If you return a tool you will be responsible for shipping costs. Items will be shipped usually within 1 day of receiving payment.

We will accept any new, returned item, purchased from our stock, provided it is in resalable condition. New Returns must be in their original box with all original packaging enclosed. You will be charged the cost of shipment to you if you return the item. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Items are not returnable after 30 days from purchase.
