SHIPPING We aim to obtain the best price for shipping, choosing from either a courier or Australia Post, depending on your location. Please contact us for advice if your location isn't listed. Your order will be dispatched promptly after receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and the delivery timeframe will be according to the carriers estimate. Tracking can be monitored using the consignment note number provided. In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then, once verified, we will issue either a full refund or replacement. For damage claims you need to notify us ASAP with photos of the problem as if a claim is not made within 24 hours, it cannot be accepted by the courier or ourselves. Note that loss claims relate only to the carrier losing the item; if the tracking shows that the parcel was delivered (either with signature or an Authority to Leave), we cannot accept a claim for the parcel subsequently going missing. Change of mind items must be returned within 7 days at buyers expense in original packaging.PAYMENT For Pick-up only items or to view items before paying, select "Pay on pick up". We will then provide the address of our Melbourne warehouse (Balwyn 3103). If the item is suitable, you can pay by Paypal when you take it or alternatively cancel the purchase and no payment is made.RETURNS Items we sell are typically manufacturers clearance stock (hence great prices). The manufacturer cannot always provide a direct warranty. However, we provide a 30 day warranty on all items and if we cannot rectify a fault, we will replace or refund the item (depending on stock). We prefer to ship to an address where the parcel can be personally received and signed for. This gives peace of mind to both you and us. A business address is ideal.
If you wish to have your item delivered to a residential address and no-one is home at the time to provide a signature, the package will need to be left at the premises ie. you are agreeing to an Authority to Leave (ATL). Please let us know the preferred location for the item to be placed (somewhere undercover and out of public view), or if no location is advised, the driver will generally leave a parcel near the front door.
In some situations, where the driver feels that there is no safe place to leave the parcel, it will be taken back to a local post office (Australia Post deliveries only) or a depot (for courier deliveries) and the addressee will need to make arrangements for collection or redelivery. This is why we recommend all parcels be sent to a business address.
(Note that if you provide a Parcel Locker or PO Box address we may need to ask you for a street address if we need use a courier for your parcel, as only Australia Post parcels can be delivered to Parcel Lockers and PO Boxes).
