EXPRESS POST

• When you check out you will be able to select from various postage options, including EXPRESS POST and PICK UP
• You can view estimated delivery dates and costs by clicking on the Postage and Payments TAB at the top of the listing

We ship worldwide but you will need to CONTACT US BEFORE YOU PURCHASE to request a shipping quote

• Any Customs or Import Duties and Fees are the responsibility of the buyer, some shipments have limited insurance cover, please enquire if you require full cover
• Postage costs for return and warranty claims are at the buyers expense, refunds will be less original postage costs

If you decide to go ahead please follow these steps as International shipping rates need to be manually added to the sale, before you can pay.

1. When you see the item you want, click "Buy It Now"
2. You will be taken to a webpage that confirms your order with the option to "Continue Checkout with Paypal". Do not checkout to pay for this item (yet).
3. When you are finished shopping , proceed to your "Purchase History". Click  "Request total from seller" next to the items you just ordered
4. There is a text box where you can "Insert Note to the Seller", please specifiy which shipping option you require from the optins we gave you when you requated a quote
5. We will then send you an invoice thru eBay, with the quoted shipping added.
6. Checkout using Paypal.

eBay policy has banned the sending of pick up or any other contact details, it monitors messages and its 'computers' sees these as an attempt to trade off eBay and could result in my account suspension

• Pick up is available from Riverview 4303, 8.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) but you will need to buy this item thru eBay first
• When you check out in eBay you can select Local Pickup as the shipping option
• Most stock is on the shelf and can be collected same day but please allow 2-4 hours for your order to be processed and picked
• If and item needs be transfered from another warehouse then pick up is typically available within 12-24 hours
• The pick up details will then be sent to you when the order is ready to collect, please do not expect to be able to collect until you are notified it is ready to do so

Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but it simply isnt worth the risk as eBay will suspend our account if we breach these rules

Yes we combine post, typically;

• $9.66 on any quantity of 'Plus Postage' items such as hose fittings, hose, electrical connections etc
• Free post on any combination of 'Free Postage" and 'Plus Postage' items
• Free Express Post on most combination of 'Free Postage" items

Simplest way is to select 'Postage' on one item and pay, then 'Local Pick Up' on the remaining items and pay for those, we will combine the orders when we receive them

You can also request Combined Post when you checkout in eBay, although if other discounts have already been applied to items you purchased then that option may be missing

If you have troubles with requesting combined post, don't worry we will refund any overpayments when we process your order
