Description 

This listing is for a U-Series Knife Set. It includes 6 Knives and a Knife Sharpener. I will throw in a bonus RANDOM Tupperware gift.

The Universal Series Knife Collection features stainless steel blades and ergonomic handles. This ensures effortless dicing, filleting, cutting and slicing. Each knife has an individual protective sleeve which makes it safe in draws and protects the blade.

Why not add the U-Series Cheese Knife to the collection? Listed seperately.

Payment

  My preferred payment is Direct Bank Deposit which can be made via Internet Banking, or over the counter at any bank free of charge. Please leave your user ID when making payment. Direct Bank Deposit payments can take 1-3 days.

I also accept PayPal. Please note: if your PayPal account is not linked to your credit card, and you have insufficient funds in your PayPal account, payment can take up to 5-6 days to arrive. This will delay the processing of your item.

I do not accept COD, and do not allow pickups.

Postage

If the postage price is not included, it will say FREIGHT. Postage/Freight prices are below. You will not be able to check out until I have invoiced you. Please request an invoice once you finish shopping.

All parcels sent via Australia Post regular mail will have tracking (but no signature is required), however if you prefer Signature on Delivery (SOD), please let me know. It is an extra $3 with Australia Post.

Regular mail with tracking means the postman will leave your parcel at your property even if there is nobody home; no signature is required. I highly recommend SOD for all items valued over $100.  SOD will automatically be included in the postage price of all purchases valued over $100.

Shipping

Your items will be posted the safest and cheapest way possible. Australia Post or Courier will be used depending on your location and the shipping cost. The cost quoted above is not only the cost that Australia Post or Courier charges me, but the cost of packaging materials used to package your items safely and securely and a very small handling fee.

Conditions

Please do not bid if you have no intention of going through with the sale. Contact is to be made within 3 days and payment within 7 days. If you are experiences difficulties, please contact me.

Feedback

I would appreciate your feedback once you receive your item. I will leave feedback once I know that you have received your items in a satisfactory condition. If there is any problem, please contact me before leaving feedback. I am sure that any issue can be resolved.

Returns & Refunds

I do my very best to make sure that items listed are described as accurately as possible.  All my Tupperware is brand new in packaging. Some items are taken out of packaging for photo purposes.

If you do receive an item which is not as described, or faulty on arrival, please let me know as soon as possible. Depending on availability, you will either receive a replacement, or refund.
