We accept PayPal & Bank Deposit & Credit/Debit cards &   the method displayed on the platform buying from.

If you choose to pay via Bank Deposit please send a message for bank details PLEASE QUOTE YOUR EBAY USER NAME AS REFERENCE.

Overseas Buyers:

We accept the method on the selling platform or contact us.

Title does not pass until payment is made in full and all funds have been cleared. Please contact us for details.

We are a registered business and apply Australian GST. International buyers are responsible for additional charges if applicable in there respective countries.

Shipping & Packaging

COMBINE POSTAGE FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES. 

We are very happy to combine multiple items to save on postage. If you are purchasing multiple items please wait for a combined invoice with combined postage costs before paying. You must PURCHASE OR COMMIT to buy to create a order and we will INVOICE . Combine postage, we only charge one postage cost, all other items purchased within will be shipped together at no or minimal costing.

Please contact for shipping especially if weight over 1kg.

All loose coins are shown with the storage they come in. We utilise:

• Sealed in a 2x2 Non plasticized coin flip SAFLIP
•  Original package or KBC Coin Slabs with packaging described in comments and pictures or,
• 2x2 matrix self sealed hard cardboard coin holder or capsule. 
• All items are correctly bubbled wrapped and Notes (soft goods) hard cardboard backed to ensure safety and delivery of your order.

All items will have tracking NO EXCEPTIONs:

Within Australia:

* Regular Post: Only for tracked items: All items posted via regular mail have $100 cover. (delivery within 3-10 working days estimated ) tracking is added on eBay if utilised eBay payment method otherwise express must be picked .

* Registered Post: All items posted via registered mail which covers your item to the value of $100. Additional insurance can be arranged on request at an extra charge. All items over $1000 will include insurance to the value of the item - eg SOLD FOR $1500 - insured for $1500 with Australia Post). Average delivery times are a guide only , generally within 7- 10 working days estimated determined by Aust Post.

Overseas Buyers:

* International Standard : Tracked: All items are posted via Australia Post which provides a tracking number (delivery within 5-20 working days estimated ).

We have no control on delivery times and listed is automated from Australia post.

At KBC will grade according to international standards set out by Rennicks, American Numismatic Association, and various international bodies. All grades are subjective and KBC is not held liable for any change of mind. Please ensure you make your own judgement on the grade of any coins that are ? RAW ?. Raw is a coin / note that is not graded by and contained in sealed holder by a international body (PCGS, NGC, ANDA examples ) or issued by a official mint (ie RAM, PERTH MINT, International mints.)

At KBC we are members of the Australian Numismatic Dealers Association ANDA, American Numismatic Association ANA , PCGS and NGC and other numismatic associations. Please refer to grading on our website or contact for any questions.

At KBC we are qualified to issues Certification of Authenticity (COA) based on our expertise for RAW coins/notes (a coin or note in no package) that will have the PURCHASED value listed for insurance purposes. COA can be purchased for any item for additional $25. - please contact if required
