Purchase packaging ahead of time, add a postage label and send when you need. Our updated MyPost Business flat rate satchels make sending and returning parcels easier than ever. Plus, the packaging design includes a second adhesive strip to make returns – or a second use – quick and simple.
How to post Flat rate satchels are designed to be coupled with corresponding flat rate postage labels for delivery anywhere in Australia. There are three ways to create and pay for a flat rate satchel postage label:

How to reuse satchel Simply re-fill, seal the second adhesive strip, affix a new paid postage label (making sure to cover up or remove the old one), and post.

Service Details and Extra Cover
Extra Cover
Flat Rate Satchels are suitable for sending items valued up to $100. If what you're sending is valued between $100 and $5,000, you should purchase Extra Cover. How do I add Extra Cover? Buy Extra Cover from your local Post Office when you send your item. It is not automatically included in your Online Shop order. Extra Cover is calculated at the Post Office depending on what you're sending. What if I don't add Extra Cover? If your parcel is lost or damaged, you may be compensated up to $100 plus a postage refund. Unless we're required by law, we don't accept liability for your delivery being late, or any loss or damage not caused by us. Extra Cover and any compensation offered under Australia Post's Terms and Conditions are in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Dispatch and Delivery
Dispatch is the time your order takes to leave our warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse within 2 business days.
Standard delivery is free Australia-wide on orders $30+. For orders under $30, we charge a flat fee of $5. Most orders arrive to you within 6 business days.
Occasionally, high delivery volumes and other network issues can cause delays, as well as where the order is being sent.

Returns Policy
