This listing is for 182m of all-natural hog casings 34-36mm in diameter. These casings are salted, meaning they are in their most basic form. Just like tubed casings, they are pre-cleaned and salted. The difference is that they come minus holding tubes and need to be thoroughly rinsed of salt both inside and outside before use.

NB: All the casings are salted, regardless of whether they are tubed or not.

This casing is more commonly used for Beef, Pork, Chorizo, Boerewors and Cotechino sausages. It will yield approximately 100kg of sausage mix.
