RETURN OF GOODS INFORMATION

Please notify us within 7 days of the goods arriving if you wish to return your items. All returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging. The eBay buyer may be requested to email pictures if the item is damaged or faulty in order to resolve any issues in a short period of time.

The buyer must provide a tracking number for all returned goods in order for Disposal and Surplus eBay store to provide an exchange or refund. The returned goods must include a copy of the return of goods authorization email that is to be issued to you once your report has been assessed.
