Sydney Olympics Collectables 2000 - Dolls / Media / Guides / Articles / Tokens. Welcome
to my collection of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. I am about to downsize
considerably and therefore a lot of my precious collectibles now need new
homes.
I shall list each
item separately and with as much information as I can supply. See photos
for further references to the below.
Please do not ask me
to separate items. These are being sold as a bulk lot.
Firstly I have 2
collector Dolls – Olympic Fan and Olympic Swimmer.
Barbie is in Sydney,
Australia to support her Olympic team. Both dolls are mint in box, with boxes
being slightly dusty and showing minor wear due to age. Olympic Fan Barbie comes in her Aussie
supporter gear, and has a flag, medal, brush and water bottle (loose inside
box). Olympic swimmer Barbie can really
swim. She does the freestyle and backstroke,
and has a Medal, towel, goggles tracksuit jacket and shorts, and a brush. Back of this box has been slightly indented
due to storage.
The Daily Telegraph released
a token each day of our gold Olympic winners.
My collection contains all 16 tokens and the display folder. Also includes a token for the reader of the
oath, lighter of the cauldron, Team Captain and a tally of all Australian medal
tally wins. Great condition. Some wear on the tokens due to age.

great conditions with some wear due to age, papers had been stored folded in half), including:
