Please contact us prior to purchase if you live on Norfolk or Christmas Island. Extra shipping fees will apply. If you have a specific delivery requirement please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Receiving your order

The more delivery / receiving information you can provide about your order the better. This will give your items the best chance of arriving safely & on time. We use software that automatically imports your delivery details from EBAY so please ensure the address is correct. Also please consider if you will be at the specified address during business hours to receive your goods. If we are sending to a business please provide the business name & a contact name. In the event you are not home to receive your order you will be left a contact card by the carrier. This is now the buyers responsibility to organize another delivery attempt. However if you do encounter difficulties don’t hesitate to message us & we will contact the carrier on your behalf. We are happy to mark consignments “ok to leave” but will only do so upon request & bear no responsibility for the outcome. Where applicable, tracking data will be added against your EBAY order. Some items such as small decals are sent via priority mail envelopes without tracking.

Combined postage

We are always happy to combine freight costs where possible.
