Amazing Pair of Antique Victorian 1800's Kauri Pine Hall Dining Bedroom Chairs

Here today for your consideration we have this beautiful matching pair of Victorian hall chairs, made from Kauri pine. This lovely pair are in good condition and have the most incredible patina on the original finish. At some point, timber borer has been in the seat of one causing a small amount of damage as shown below, but this does not detract at all from the structural quality of these chairs, both of which are still very sturdy. The foot on one of the chairs has suffered some chipping as to the photo below, but aside from this, these chairs are a lovely honest pair. To protect the timber, the chairs have been coated in beeswax.

All in all, this is a lovely pair that would grace any style of home. Their lightweight construction and slender columns make them perfect for small spaces.  

In an antique store, you would expect to pay somewhere between $600 and $800 for rare pieces like this. Don't miss out on a bargain today!
