Our prices are inclusive of Australian GST at 10%. A tax invoice with our ABN information will be provided for each purchase.
We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Bank Deposit, Cheque, Money Order and Cash On Pickup. Payment is required before your item is posted out and we must wait for cheques to clear.
Please note that if you want to pick up the item you must select the 'Cash On Pickup' option when you checkout. If you select any other payment option the item must be posted to your address.
Please ensure that your address details are correct and up to date. We cannot be held responsible for delays or missing packages due to incorrect postal information.
We offer free post on most of our items and use a combination of Australia post and courier services. Some items are too large and/or heavy and require a postage calculation based on your postcode. In these cases, our postage charges will include the cost of postage, packing materials and handling.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us regarding the issue so that we can resolve any problems that you have. This may include, but is not limited to, concerns such as faulty items, damaged items, items not being as described and receiving the incorrect item(s).
While all care is taken, any error or omission in the item details is unintentional. Images of the item are representative of the final product, but the actual product may vary in appearance.
Check your item(s) upon receipt and report any damage or faults immediately. You may be required to return the item to us so that we can verify the issue. If the item is found to be faulty, we will send a replacement or refund and reimburse you for all return postage costs. If there is no fault found, we may not reimburse you for your costs and may require you to pay for re-delivery of the item(s).
Please note that we are only obliged to accept returns if an item is not as advertised and/or not fit for use. If you wish to return an item because you no longer want it or wish to swap it, you must contact us within 7 days. 'Change of mind' returns are at our own discretion and on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for any change of mind return.
Our returns policy aims to fulfil our responsibilities as a supplier under Australian law and protect your rights as a consumer. However, our returns policy can never limit your rights under Australian law and/or reduce our obligations to you. For more information on consumer guarantees please see the ACCC website.
Many items we sell are covered by extended manufacturer's warranties, in particular higher value items. Please look at the item description to confirm whether the item you are buying is covered by such a warranty. If your item has developed a problem and is still covered under the advertised warranty, please inform us immediately so that we can organise a return of the item. We will require a copy of your invoice/transaction details and will need a reasonable amount of time to test the item to verify the fault. If a fault is confirmed, we will organise a replacement, repair or refund.
