The base plates are smooth with the distinctive design applied by laser which provides a tactile surface. Derek Roddy approvingly road tested and evaluated the new bass drum pedal, and now Axis is proud to offer it as his signature pedal.

 

The A21 kick drum pedals have all the performance features of the Axis pedals with increased magnitude. The A21 was designed to accelerate the beater into the bass drum with greater force and velocity, and to incorporate the Variable Drive Lever for greater adjustability.

 

The A21 power forward beater angle has been integrated into the beater bracket to maximize the beater impact. The Variable Drive Lever settings farther forward produce a deeper footboard travel (more power), while settings aft ward result in increased speed.

 

An extended length bearing swivel rocker, The Deep Rocker, has been added to the spring assemblies gives a more immediate and powerful spring response.

 

The most immediate, direct response. 21 degree power forward angle accelerates the beater into the bass drum with greater force and velocity.

The EKIT is truly an Axis Percussion innovation. Now you can trigger your kick drum without the use of unreliable external acoustic kick drum triggers. Totally redesigned, this unique mechanical trigger is mounted onto this kick drum pedal and lets you choose the exact moment and strength of your acoustic triggering. No more cross talk, double triggering, duct tape, or trigger fatigue.

Warranty

Many of Dream Music & Drummers Dream products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Procedures and Remedies

During the applicable warranty period, if a customer is unable to resolve a product problem with our Technical Support team, the product must be returned to the store at the customer’s expense with a copy of the proof of purchase invoice. Upon receiving the product, Dream Music & Drummers Dream will make contact with the Australian Distributor of product to be informed of that company’s warranty protocols.

Dream Music & Drummers Dream will be advised by the distributor if the product will either repaired, replaced or refunded.

Warranty Periods

The Warranty period starts on the date of purchase from Dream Music & Drummers Dream. Warranty Periods vary between individual products. Customers must provide a proof of purchase as a condition of receiving a warranty service.

Refunds & Returns

Drummers Dream & Dream Music wants to keep the dream alive. We want all our customers to be satisfied customers, so we’re here to help. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us, we’ll be happy to work out a solution to your issues.

We’ll refund on goods that are: - Faulty or damaged - Different to that described - Not working as intended - We can offer a refund, repair, exchange or store credit, as applicable.

We will not automatically refund because you simply have “changed your mind”, unless this was explicitly a condition of the sale or included in advertising material. Remember to always keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

We will not refund for an incorrect choice of product. We will although exchange the product or give you a store credit to the same value. You will need to use the store credit within 14 business days.

Please ensure you have your sales receipt with you as proof of purchase when you return your goods.

Software

Unfortunately, we cannot return any software if the packaging seal is broken.

Health Considerations

For health reasons harmonicas and in-ear monitors can only be returned if they are faulty and for no other reason. For more information, please contact us via eBay.

Returns Procedure

To return an item, and so we can serve you best, the following procedure must be followed. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not comply with this procedure.

1. Item(s) must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, with all included accessories, if applicable, and must not be damaged in any way.

To initiate a return, contact us via eBay within seven (7) days of taking delivery of your product.  Please include your name, best contact phone number, copy of invoice and product name.  Where there is no proof of delivery, delivery date will be assumed to be four (4) business days from the date of dispatch.

Item(s) must be received by Dream Music & Drummers Dream within ten (10) business days of the date you lodge your return request.  Return freight costs will be at your expense .  Returned items will remain your responsibility during transit. Dream Music & Drummers Dream will not  accept liability for damage which may occur during transit. Please pack your returned item(s) carefully.

4. After receiving the returned item(s), Dream Music & Drummers Dream will issue a refund, exchange or store credit as applicable.
