Where is my order coming from?

Orders dispatching to any Western Australia destination will dispatch from our Perth branch unless they are out of stock of one or more of the items purchased. For all other destinations, goods will dispatch from our Brisbane branch unless they are out of stock.

I’m in a capital city

Deliveries to capital cities usually take 2-3 days delivery time from dispatch.

I’m in the country

Rural, cross country/outback destinations can take 5 or more business days to reach their destinations but are generally delivered within 4-5 business days of dispatch.

Installation

This top quality product has been tested in the Australian environment. Please note a few things to consider during installation.

  • When marking hole placements you MUST NOT drill through the slide holes during installation. Doing this will create metal filings which lodge in the tracks resulting in rough running and ultimately, failure of the slides.
  • Depending on substrate, stainless steel 'flat head' hex screws with NY-lock nuts or stainless steel rivets are recommended.
  • There must be no rubbing of the fixing against the moving slides. This will cause failure of the slide.
