All warranty claims/ returns are sent back to base. All POS Now products have a standard one year warranty unless stated otherwise. (For more information on warranty please feel free to contact us).
Pick up?
Pick up’s are available by appointment at our office. If you would like to pick up your item please contact us before doing so to ensure stock is available as we keep minimal stock in the office.
Shipping/Tracking :
We use a range of couriers to ensure the fastest delivery to you. All orders are shipped the next business day.
Please ensure a business name for a business address is supplied as courier will reject delivery otherwise.
If you would like an estimated time of arrival (ETA) feel free to send us a message with your Suburb name and Post Code.
When do I get my TAX Invoice & Tracking Number?
Once your order is dispatched we will email a tax invoice & a tracking number to your provided email address.
** Tracking is emailed at the end of each business day. If you have not received an email containing a tax invoice and tracking number, be sure to check your junk/spam mail as well.
