When it comes to reliable yet affordable game fishing combos, this is a hard one to beat. This combo consists of a Penn Squall 50 VSW Lever Drag 2 Speed, which Penn have made to be a strong, lightweight, long lasting reliable game fishing reel, whether you're just getting started, or have been game fishing for years. The Penn Squall range of game fishing reels are made with a graphite frame and side plate, making them light and corrosion resistant, and with top quality internal components similar to the ones used inside their famous International range of reels. The rod its equipped with is a Penn Ocean Assassin straight butt fully rollered 5'5" 24kg rod. This is Penn's top of the line game fishing rod, with a composite blank and quality roller guides. This makes for a super strong blank, still being lightweight and comfortable to fish stand up, even without getting straight into a harness. This reel comes fully spooled with 800m of Black Magic game fishing Monofilament ready to use, but with the reel being a 50w size, it has the line capacity and drag cabability to run 37kg line if you choose to down the track. This is the perfect outfit to chase marlin, tuna and sharks, through a range of different techniques from trolling, or using live or dead baits.

SLS3 construction uses inner and outer spiral wrap layers of carbon fiber to sandwich middle layers of alternating longitudinal carbon and glass. The spiral wraps maintain a round cross section in the blank when under load which helps the blank handle higher loads. The middle layers of unidirectional carbon and glass create the backbone of the rod by utilizing the strength of glass combined with the lightweight of the carbon fiber to deliver a strong, balanced, and thin rod blank. The lightweight graphite frame and sideplates house tough, machined stainless steel main and pinion gears that are drilled out for weight reduction. Four shielded stainless steel ball bearings deliver smooth cranking power and the Dura Drag system eliminates hesitation and surging under extreme drag settings. The spool is made from forged and machined aluminum with the added touch of Line Capacity Rings to keep the angler in the know at a glance on how much line remains on the spool. Returns

Otto's Tackle World will happily exchange or refund an order up to the original price (less shipping cost) or replace faulty items in accordance with the following processes for all online purchases.

They are returned in original condition and packaging with all tags attached. Items cannot be used, worn, or altered in any way. Failure to comply with these requirements will cause your refund to be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

Returns must be carefully packed and sent using a regular shipping service with tracking. We will not be responsible for loss or damage to returned goods.

Item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer received the item.

The refund will be processed once the item has been inspected by Otto's Tackle World. Once the refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. We will not refund items damaged due to typical wear and tear.
