If PWM Speed Control *is* Used
If there is no PWM signal within 2 seconds of power-on, the default mode of full speed operation will be used.
If there is a valid PWM signal, a speed-proportional response to a commanded 13-90% duty cycle will be delivered.
+12V PWM controlled,
Recommended PWM frequency: 50Hz to 200Hz (nominal = 100Hz)
Recommended PWM Duty range: 13 - 90%
The water pump operates at its minimum speed when the PWM duty cycle is 13%, and it reaches its maximum speed when the PWM duty cycle is greater than 90%.
Please Note:
1, The positive and negative poles of the pump must be connected correctly to prevent damage to the pump. The working voltage range of the pump is DC8.5V to 16V.
2, The maximum power of the pump is 100 watts. A power supply with a capacity greater than 100W must be used, otherwise the pump may not work properly.
3, The pump should only be used with clean liquid to prevent clogging and damage to the pump. If the liquid contains granular impurities, a filter should be installed at the inlet to prevent the impurities from entering the pump.
4, The water pump needs to have water for testing; otherwise, it will detect the lack of water and stop working. Testing the water pump without water will cause it to start and stop multiple times, eventually leading to a protective shutdown.
5, The pump has no self-priming ability. The pump inlet must be below the water surface for the pump to work. Alternatively, the entire pump can be immersed in water. The pump is waterproof and can be used as a submersible pump.
We will send a connecting wire with each pump, the orange wire is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, the black wire is connected to the negative pole of the power supply, and the green wire is the PWM speed control wire (if you do not need speed control, just donot connect the gree wire).
