Dispatch & Postage - We endeavour to process all orders in a timely manner as per the nominated handling time. We use a range of postage options that include Australia Post and Couriers so we can deliver your product in the most rapid and economically way possible.

NOTE: Couriers will require someone to be home to sign for the package, otherwise they will not deliver. If you can't be present when the parcel is being delivered, please give us specific instructions to advise the courier where to leave the package.

As we don't own or control Australia post we can not control the time it takes to arrive once it leaves our store so please consider this when completing the DSR process.

Payment - All payments are required to be made and received within 3 days of auction end. We use Paypal to make the process easier for all concerned.

Postage & Handling - Postal charges are shown within the auction listing or may be included in the price. Please keep in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp. The costs include actual postage costs, packaging materials, warehouse costs and the handling of the product. If you bid or buy, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted.

Please note we do not have a pickup facility at our office. Parts are despached from a warehouse offsite. 

Dispatch Times - We aim to dispatch your order within the stated handling times on the listing. We dispatch products every business day (Mon-Fri). Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email. Your goods will be shipped from Sydney Australia and normally take 2-9 days. Sometimes shipping delays can occur for a range of reasons which are beyond our control once the parcel has left our store.

In the unlikely event you are required to return a product, we request all returns or exchanges be made within 14 days of the shipping date indicated on your sales receipt. After 14 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Parts can not be returned if they have been used or tried to be fitted or are marked or damaged in any way. Goods must be in 'as new' condition, in the original packaging and are subject to the discretion of Mr Appliance. We will not refund the freight component of the order.  Some returns may also be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee usually only applies to parts which need to be returned to our supplier. If you receive an order and wish to return it, please contact us by email and we will advise the best process to go about that.
