The plaque is hand fashioned from genuine recycled Australian Jarrah and lacquered to give a beautiful finish showing off the natural grain in the timber and include your choice of original pennies and/or an original halfpennies from the years listed in the drop down menu 

1911 through to 1964 are original pennies and halfpennies. The 1965 1966 and 1976 pennies are replicas as coins were not minted in that year.

The plaque is packaged in a corrugated gift box as seen in photo.

 

 

The Wedding Anniversary Plaque will be the most thoughtful gift that is received on the day. Beautifully standing on its own showing off two authentic pre-decimal Australian coins or two replica pennies. The original Australian pennies and/or halfpennies have been hand-polished and sit in the rebates of the timber.

I have used a removable gum to secure the coins during transit and so when you open your game it presents well. As mentioned the pennies are polished on both sides so if you would like to inspect the other side of the coins then you will need to twist the coins in a circular motion. This will loosen the coins so you can remove them. You can then simply remove the gum and coins can placed back in the rebate and taken out easily for inspection. If you are giving the plaque as a gift it is better to leave the gum intact. Choose from the year dates listed on the drop down menu.  Find a year of birth as a gift to someone whose year of birth is available. The year dates in black will have one penny and one halfpenny.
