42mm Jiffy Pellets x25

These pellets are made of compressed peat, wood pulp and coir pitch.

Used for plant propagation from seeds and cuttings.

Soak the jiffies in water until fully expanded.

Place the seed into a special hole on one side of the pellet. Do not burry the seeds too deep as most seeds require light for germination.

Keep the jiffy moist, but not too wet. Store the jiffies with seeds in a warm, light place.

Avoid direct sun.

When the seedlings are ready to be transplanted into pots, there is no need to remove them from the jiffy. Place the jiffy together with the seedling into the pot and burry it so the soil only just covers the jiffy.

Orders containing plants are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only.  Payments to be cleared by Sunday midday to allow time for plant preparation and packing.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 

Our postage rates include postage, packaging and handling.

We do send seeds to WA and Tas. However some items are restricted for import into these states. Please check the item description for special restrictions before purchasing.

We do not sell plants to NT or overseas due to quarantine restrictions.

We are now certified to send plants to Westaren Australia and Tasmania. However, additional handling charges will apply to cover plant certification, treatment and administration of all WA and Tas PLANT orders.

A certification fee of $5.00 is charged on the first plant item.

Additionally $1.00 will be charged on each plant item after the first one. I.e if an item is sold as “x3 plants per lot”, only $1.00 will be charged.

Inspections performed by Western Australian  and Tasmanian customs are at their own discretion.

We will not take responsibility for additional charges payable to WA or Tas Quarantine
