X-BULL offer a 12 month warranty on Most products.

If you have a problem with the product. Please contact us throught eBay and include the original purchase information (i.e. your name , address, email and purchase receipt number)

Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by X-BULL to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).

Consumable components (and accessories) such as chains, motor, carry bags, batteries, hoses, grinding discs, belts, cables, wheels, blades, tubs, pads, nets etc. are not covered once used or for damage caused by general wear and tear.

Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution X-BULL can offer may vary. To assist with a quick resolution,we will require a picture or video of the damaged part for verification. Once the fault/issue is clarified, we may offer replacement parts to the customer. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties. The replacement will be subject to the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

While many spare parts are stocked in AU warehouse, we may need to order certain parts from the supplier on your behalf. Whilst most ordered parts arrive within 6 days, a small number of difficult to order parts may require up to 2 weeks to arrive.

The unit warranty does not cover accidents, develop a fault due to misuse or improper installation.

The buyer will be liable for all shipping costs associated with any warranty claim.

Payment and Delivery

1.Please be aware that PO Boxes cannot receive items above 25kg or longer than one metre. Some areas cannot be sent to POBOX,please also give us the residential address.

2.If you paid before 1:00 PM, Items are dispatched the same day otherwise will send the next day, please allow 2-6 business days to arrive. Your item will be sent via Australia Post,Fastway or TOLL, depending on its size and weight.

3.Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9 AM-5 PM) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

4.Deliveries to suburbs falling in regional areas may take longer than the standard estimated delivery time frames.

5.Postage fee is free for most area except remote or offshore area.

6.Please understand we cannot guarantee delivery time and cannot be held responsible for any delay outside of our control.

7.Should item returned due to incorrect address provided by the buyers, extra postage charge may apply to buyers to resend.

8.We cannot change the address or cancel the order once the item be shipped. Please consider carefully before paying.
