    Jenjo Games handling time is only 1 business day as we dispatch your orders Monday to Friday. Unfortunately my courier drivers do not deliver to P.O Box addresses, so if you have an alternative address like an office or workplace we can deliver to this would make the process smooth, I also recommend leaving a contact number during checkout to help my drivers. Your refund will be the purchase price of the returned item less the cost we incurred in delivering your order to you.

    Return Policy:

    Items purchased from Jenjo are warranted for 30 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects or damage caused during delivery. As normal Jenjo and other play involves impact between the pieces, minor dents or wear and tear can be expected from normal use. These should not affect the ongoing playability of your Jenjo and other game set. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by mis-use is not covered by this policy. During the warranty period, Jenjo will replace any pieces of your game set that are deemed by us to have manufacturing defects or to have been delivered in unacceptable condition due to transit damage. In this case, Jenjo will cover the costs of replacing your defective or damaged pieces including delivery charges within Australia.
