Measuring your boat

Finding the right cover for your boat couldn't be easier. First measure the total straight-line length of your boat including any bow sprit, without bending the tape to avoid obstacles. Next, measure the straight-line width of the widest part of your boat (beam width), again without bending to avoid obstacles. Lastly, measure a straight-line from the highest point of your boat (Windscreen, Cabin, T-Top, etc.) to the top of the gunwale.

Quality materials

When designing our boat covers, we sourced samples from fabric suppliers and put them through independent testing. The clear winner was an exclusive 600D canvas that's breathable and water-repellent with excellent tear resistance in both directions. But we didn't stop there. Our nylon loops and stitching were put through stress testing to ensure they will not fail during trailering, providing safety and ease-of-mind to boaters.

All orders are delivered via the best Australian courier company:

DIRECT FREIGHT EXPRESS

Direct Freight Express will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel a card will be left and the parcel will be re-directed to the nearest Courier Depot.

You will be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.

Firesail recommends all delivery be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, to minimise delays or re-delivery fees.

DELIVERY TO A P.O. BOX.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to a P.O. BOX. or a Locked Bag

REMOTE LOCATIONS & ISLANDS

Some Remote Locations and Islands may not be serviced by standard delivery and an additional shipping charge may be incurred.

If this is the case, we will contact you and advise you of any additional charge there may be.

Payment

Our preferred payment method is PayPal.

Payments via PayPal using your Visa, MasterCard or your PayPal Balance - This is a safe, fast, reliable service and payment is cleared instantly. This is your best option to ensure your order is dispatched quickly. If you do not have a PayPal account and wish to set one up, then this usually takes approximately 3-5 business days to do.

We require all payments to be made within 5 days of the purchase date, unless prior arrangements have been made with us. A reminder message will then be sent 7 days after purchase date. Should payment not be finalised after 14 days then the Unpaid Item Process will be initiated.

If for some reason you have a concern with your order, please make contact with us immediately so the matter can be resolved.

All prices in our store include GST and a Tax Invoice will be included with your order.

Your Delivery Address

Please make sure the address you provide to us is complete and includes a Post Code, House Number, Unit Number, etc. The address the item is shipped to is taken from your registered eBay account. Should this delivery address be incorrect / incomplete, a re-delivery charge may apply should the item be returned to us. We are not liable for goods that are lost due to an incorrect address.

We suggest to customers that if no one is home during the day then to provide a business address for delivery so your order is not delayed.

Changed Your Mind

If you do change your mind about your purchase, we may offer an exchange, credit or refund:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of purchasing the item
  • The goods have not been used and are in a saleable condition
  • You must return the goods to us at your expense within 7 days of contacting us
