- If an item is found to be faulty, it can be returned during the warranty period for a replacement or repair.
- Postage for return of the faulty item will be at the buyer's expense until inspection is carried out to ascertain if it is manufacturing fault. In the case of a manufacturing fault, the buyer will be reimbursed return postage cost. Responsibility for posting the replacement will be the responsibility of us on condition the item had a manufacturing fault.
- All accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty.
- Warranty is void where damage to the product is caused by reason other than manufacturer's defects i.e.: accident, misuse, improper use, abuse, operation contrary to manufacturer’s recommendations, transportation damage or where the product has been tampered, altered, modified, converted, repaired or serviced by anyone but us or if the warranty information has been tampered with or amended and also on cosmetic damages, wear and tear, damage to accessories.
- We do not accept any item return by COD. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the bidder. You must to contact us before you return anything.
- All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty.
- We take every reasonable precaution to ensure safe delivery of your item.
- Larger items are tracked and tracking number is provided to you. It is your responsibility to keep check on your item delivery via the tracking number and Australia Post. If we have marked sent and provided tracking number, then your item has been sent.
- We take no responsibility for item not delivered by Australia Post and it is your responsibility to dispute with Australia Post.

- Our returns policy is in compliance with/exceeds your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- Firstly, contact us on eBay messages to see if we can resolve and return requests efficiently.
- Buyer pays for return of items to us, if we have agreed they can be returned.
**We take NO responsibility for the shipping and handing fee on any returned items. If buyers send back the item by C.O.D. service, Item will NOT be accepted.
- Returns accepted by prior arrangement only within 7 days of dispatch and correspondence of any faulty item, if item is found to be defective, we will replace and send replacement with postage at our cost however if the item is received from you and found not to be faulty or has been tampered with return postage of this item is at buyers cost.
- The return item must be in new condition with full package, otherwise we will not accept any refund after checking.
- A change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for returning bought items.

- Item will not be sent until full payment has been received.
- All postage is done at least 3-4 times per week (not including weekend and public holidays) after payment has been confirmed. If dispatch day falls on a public holiday then dispatch is the next business day.
- We use Australia Post for all our postal needs. Except for larger or heavy items which will go via our chosen freight company.
- Please note, when a freight company is required, we will require your phone number for the consignment note, if this is not provided there will be a delay in sending until you have provided the information.
- Also, the freight company attempts one delivery, if no one is home, they should leave you with a notification slip to contact your nearest depot.
- No weekend, holiday or after hours delivery available.
- Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, after the proof of payment provided. We take no responsibility if delivery takes longer than this.
- First check your tracking number with Australia Post Tracking to see where your item is.
- We will reply to your e-mail usually within our business hours. Business hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 3.30pm. We do view eBay messages twice on weekends.

- When we receive buyer positive feedback, we will leave positive feedback for the buyer.
- Please contact us to resolve any issues before leaving a negative feedback (negative feedback cannot solve any problems).
- If you choose to leave a negative feedback before either contacting us or allowing us to fix a possible error, we will take that as a conclusion of our business and ending of all obligations.
