We ship  directly from our suppliers, through 3PL partners and from our own locations depending on the product and the closest location to your shipping address that we have stock on hand to minimise shipping times wherever possible. Many of our items ship Fast and Free and nationwide but please check the listing for shipping costs and shipping exclusions particularly for large or heavy items as some exclusions do apply. 95% of orders ship next business day after of receipt of cleared payment for orders received before 5pm however some products require a longer handling time and this will be reflected in the estimated delivery dates. Please DO NOT post products to any address other than that provided by our returns team and DO NOT mark items “Return To Sender” as many of our items ship from 3PL warehouses that do not accept incoming mail and do not have the facility to receive or track deliveries. (Return freight costs are your responsibility for items you wish to return and please note that a restocking fee may apply)
