  We don't ship to: PO Boxes. Certain heavy and bulky items are not eligible for shipping to remote areas, in these cases we will cancel your order and refund your payment. While we strive to have orders despatched within 2-3 working days, some items can take a little longer due to insterate warehouse locations and delivery times. If an item is needed for a specific date, please check with us first. To be on the safe side it is best to order at least 10 working days before an item is needed. Buyers living in remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, small towns, or out-of-towners, etc may need to collect from their nearest freight depot as we can't guarantee door to door delivery in each case. All deliveries are made during weekdays only, during normal business hours (9am to 5pm). Orders can't be delivered on weekends, public holidays or after business hours. All Australian Courier charges allow for Only 1 Attempted Delivery per order! All orders will be shipped as ATL (Authority to Leave) at the premises. Please supply an address where someone can sign for the parcel. Depending on order time, most orders leave our Sydney warehouse within 2-3 working days of receiving the order. We do ask that you allow 7-10 working days for delivery, but in most cases orders are delivered within Australia within 2-5 working days.

  Warranty and Returns

  All marine products come with their standard supplier warranty. The warranty applies to any items that are dead on arrival or there's a manufacturing fault with them. No refund / replacement will be given if any unauthorised repairs were done to the product or if there's a fault caused by misuse or normal wear and tear. What does our warranty cover?
