Once payment is received we will ship normally within 1-2 business days. If the address you have provided is incorrect after you have already paid, you are best advised to cancel the order and re-oorder the item again.This is because as per ebay policy if we post to a different address that in the order, neither you or the sller will be covered by ebay's buuyer or seller protection policy. Multiple Item Purchases: Combined postage discount available for multiple items purchased and will be automatically calculated and adjusted at checkout. If express post is paid for, then we will post the same day or next business day. However please note some (remote) areas in Australia especially in WA/NT are not covered fully by the express post network and you may still experience delays due to this, they are not gauranteed for next day delivery. Please note our postage includes packing and material costs. Where free standard shipping is offered, standard postage may not include tracking for small items or clothing which are generally under $15. It is your responsibility to pay for parcel or express postage. Please use your judgement when choosing best method of postage for you and allow 1 or 2 extra days for parcel deliveries. When an item is required urgently please choose express delivery for faster delivery. On occasion, we may request you for extra funds if postage to your destination is much higher than stated or accounted for, if you do not wish to pay the additional charges you may request cancellation. Please note we do not make a profit on postage and often end up paying more than what you have actually been charged.

International Customers - it is your duty to pay all customs fees or duties for items imported into your country. Also we do not charge you the VAT (for certain countries) this is collected by EBAY and delivered to your countrys authorities. We do not get this money from you although ebay charges an additional fee on your VAT! If the item is returned to us because you didn't accept a delivery, a penalty could apply for restocking if you request a refund. Refunds are solely at our discretion and will not be given for change of mind or poor judgement in picking the right size. All sizes are Australian. No refund after 60 days of the international sale so if a return is approved you must post it back immediately.

Delivery time: Kindly allow up to 4 - 8 business days for your item to arrive for Metro areas and 5-12 business days for non-metro and regional areas (excludes public holidays). If after this time you have not received your item, kindly contact us to investigate. If tracking has been paid for, you will be updated by ebay or you can email us for more information.Please note international parcels may take up to 15 working days to arrive sometimes more depending on various factors including customs clearance etc.

Please note we do not include tracking or insurance automatically for items under $15 - if you need a trackable service please choose a parcel post / express post options. Standard delivery could refer to an untracked service unless specified as a parcel service or value is greater than $20.

You accept that you have read all the description on the listing and checked the sizing chart before purchasing and understand that there is NO change of mind / REMORSE by returns and you will not manipulate ebay returns using fake reasons to return an item. If this occurs, you will be reported to ebay everytme.

While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item or listing details are unintentional. Occasionally we may run out of stock and our website might not be up-to-date in linking with ebay, in this case we will contact you to offer you a replacement (similar) item or advise when stock will be available. If eligible a full refund will be offered. Cancellations can take up to 48 hours.

No change of mind. If you buy an item and wish to cancel simply because you found a cheaper one elsewhere or because your child mistakenly used your phone or internet to buy something, or if you chose the wrong sizing, we are not obliged to cancel the order. For products that involve batteries operation or warranty please contact the manufacturer for usage, instructions etc. If you need to return the item because it is dead upon arrival please let us know within 3 days of item being delivered or we cannot accept the returns.

RETURNS:

The buyer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs.

ONLY return items after we have approved the reason for your return. Items to be returned within 14 or 30 days (may vary with each listing please check). Please ensure tags are still attached and in original package, should be resellable. A restocking fee of 25% or $10.00 (for cheaper items), whichever is greater, will be deducted from the refunds where free postage is offered for that item.. No returns on wigs, hosiery, lingerie and some jewellery or select costumes and personal items like navel belly rings, earrings etc due to hygiene reasons.

Once we receive your returned item, we will post your refund and notify you via e-mail.
