This particular "JONNY QUEST" collectible ART includes the Original Screen-Used ANIMATION CELS in a great scene with JONNY, RACE & HADJI...
These ANIMATION HAND-PAINTED CELS with scene numbers & notches on the acetate are mounted under glass...
This original animation hand-painted cel was autographed by the great animators/producers, WILLIAM HANNA & JOSEPH BARBERA in black marker...
The official Gold world renowned HANNA-BARBERA Studio Seal is embossed in the lower right corner of the cel...it has printed "ORIGINAL HAND PAINTED PRODUCTION CEL" number 5098
This Collection also includes this Autographed 8x10 Photo signed by TIM MATHESON, the voice of Jonny! (COA from world renowned Piece of the Past)
It also comes with the written COA from ...this art was acquired from a "private event" held by Warner Bros. Gallery in 1999.
The art is matted under double glass in a black Frame that measures approximately 21" Wide x 17" High...the black wood frame is in overall good condition.
There is also this brass engraved PLAQUE attached to the glass under the art...

Jonny Quest is a science fiction-adventure media franchise that revolves around the titular boy named Jonny Quest, who accompanies his scientist father on extraordinary adventures. The franchise started with a 1964–1965 television series of the same name, and has come to include two subsequent television series, two television films, and three computer games.

Hanna-Barbera was an American animation studio and production company that was active from 1957 until it was absorbed into Warner Bros. Animation in 2001. It was founded on July 7, 1957, by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera following the decision of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) to close its in-house cartoon studio, and was formerly headquartered on Cahuenga Boulevard from 1960 until 1998 and at the Sherman Oaks Galleria in Sherman Oaks, both in Los Angeles, California.
The studio produced many successful television shows, including JONNY QUEST, The Huckleberry Hound Show, The Flintstones, The Yogi Bear Show, Top Cat, The Jetsons, Wacky Races, Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! and The Smurfs. Its productions won Hanna-Barbera a record-breaking eight Emmy Awards.
The profitability of Saturday-morning cartoons was eclipsed by weekday afternoon syndication after the studio's fortunes declined by the 1980s. Taft Broadcasting acquired Hanna-Barbera in 1966 and retained ownership until 1991 when Turner Broadcasting System acquired the studio, using the back catalog to establish Cartoon Network the following year. Turner later merged in 1996 with Time Warner (Warner Bros. Discovery).
After Hanna died in 2001, Hanna-Barbera as a standalone company was folded into Warner Bros. Animation. Since then, the Hanna-Barbera name has been used primarily for marketing and copyright purposes.
These Cels are now very hard to find in the marketplace and rarely ever made available to the public...these are beloved characters and could be a great investment that will be enjoyed for generations to come.
What a wonderful & interesting history lesson for any young fan about art & animation...and a valuable gift that could become a good investment for their future!
This Original Cels have been stored in an acid free sleeve in a smoke free, pet free & temperature controlled environment since being acquired.
