All payments must be made within 10 business days after purchase.
Shipping & Handling
We provide postage to all areas in Australia
For metro areas our delivery time frame is 3 - 5 business days For regional areas our delivery time frame is 4 - 7 business days For remote locations our delivery time frames is 5 - 12 business days
We ship only through registered post and provide you with a Tracking number.
Please allow up to 2 business days after payment for your item to be shipped. If urgent shipping is required please call us on 1300 898 215 during business hours. A Tracking number will be provided once your item has been shipped.
It is the customer’s responsibility to give the correct delivery address. Changes of delivery information are NOT possible after the item has been shipped.
Refunds & Returns
We accept returns on all products, if the item is damaged in transit or the customer is not satisfied with the product.
To qualify for a refund you must contact us within 14 days (of receiving the item). The returned item and packaging MUST be in the same condition as supplied.
Once the item has been returned, we will issue you a refund within 7 business days. We will only refund the value of the purchased item NOT your shipping cost.
