ABSTRACT STYLISED
BULL (?)
ON BOARD, EDGE FRAMED
Textured wallpaper type Background.
Seller Comment :
Scarce 'survivor' , these type of wall decorations adorned many Australian households back in the day, and now are highly sought after.
The abstract figure ( I think it represents a Bull? Or some kind of tribal symbolism perhaps?)
It is made from shaped pieces of wood, with a relief grain, and has been burnt to give it a dark colour & texture in the wood grains.
The abstract figure is adhered to a board with a neutral coloured 'woven' design backing that looks like a wallpaper type., and mounted in a edge strip wooden frame.
Condition? :
Check photos in description, but in my opinion it is in overall very good condition. There is some small soiling marks on the background material.
