12v FARM CHEMICAL PUMP WITH VITON SEALS –  Just what you need for boom spraying on the farm. Perfect for 3 or more spray outlets  and can also be used for your solar cabin, camp site or boat.  This is the new model with metal base plate with rubber grommets for noise suppression and greater stability.    

This reliable pump is easy to install and has a smooth and quiet operation.  It is happy pumping fresh or salt water, or farm chemicals and comes with its own filter. An automatic pressure switch ensures easy operation since it turns itself off and on as you require. Perfect for Round Up, Grazon or other low acid farm chemicals.   

The FL60CBP chemical pump has a huge motor and so is not suitable  for a single wand on a quad bike. Use it to supply spray larger quantities such as on a boom spray. Not suitable for all day use - will run for approx' 30 mins straight and then needs to cool off - or great for intermittent use.

Self priming and comes complete with fitting and filter cleaning instructions. We stock a full range of spare parts (but rarely have to supply any).  

For a single wand set up you need to buy the FL3203 from our Escaping Outdoors store with 100PSI and 5 L/min.

These diaphragm pressure pumps do not come with a built in by-pass like the dearer Jabsco pumps so when used under pressure they must have an accumulator tank on the outlet side of the pump. The accumulator tank will absorb any excess pressure which could put tork on the motor and cause damage. 

If using the pump on a boom spray or farm chemicals, an accumulator tank may not suitable to balance your water flow, so install a bypass back into your tank with a valve to adjust the flow. More expensive brands often have a built in bypass or pressure relief valve built into their pump so there is no need for a pressure tank for pressure relief. In those cases you would only add a pressure tank to the system for a quieter system, to reduce cycling and hammering and to lengthen the life of your battery and your pump. We find all systems are better with a pressure tank ( accumulator tank ) on them.  

When choosing your pump remember the more outlets the bigger the pump. Bigger is not best. If you only have one outlet you need a much smaller pump than this. Buy a 12 volt water pump appropriate to your number of outlets.

Shipping

After payment is cleared your order will be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 2pm and always within one business day from our Australian warehouse. Most parcels will arrive within 3 days, however please allow 5-8 business days. Your item will be sent via Australia Post or via a courier depending on its size and weight. (Australia Post does not accept items over 22kg).

Deliveries are Monday to Friday. Where goods are sent through Australia Post the buyer may receive the parcel by Australia Post delivery driver or may receive a card in their letterbox letting them know their item is available for collection from their local post office.
