2.A physical street address is required for all deliveries. It's important to us that every parcel completes its journey safe and sound. 3.Small and thin items are mostly sent with Australian Post Envelop service, it is not trackable, If delayed, please wait for a few days, if it is still  not delivered, please contact our customer service to resend or refund.
